What we use
The public website does not set analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. It only uses a session cookie after sign-in (customer account or admin panel) and a local browser preference that remembers you dismissed the cookie notice.

This page explains the small amount of storage the GotoArc website uses and how you can control it.
The public website does not set analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. It only uses a session cookie after sign-in (customer account or admin panel) and a local browser preference that remembers you dismissed the cookie notice.
The session cookie (gotoarc.sid) is essential for authentication of customer accounts and the admin panel. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, expires after 8 hours and is marked Secure when the site runs over HTTPS. It is never used for tracking or advertising.
The cookie notice stores one flag in your browser local storage so it does not appear on every page. You can remove it at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
We do not use advertising, social or third-party analytics cookies. Traffic statistics are calculated on our server from page requests without setting cookies in your browser.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie prevents account and admin sign-in but does not affect the public pages.
